During this period of time I moved from a lead role to more of a Hair Supervisor position. Now aside from my typical task of hair grooming, hair and cloth sim setups and sims I work with the CG Supervisor on each show to assign tasks and deadlines and create bids for clients and do look Dev. I also handle training freelancers with my co-worker Luis Lopez the Cloth Supervisor. Together, we work to improve our current pipeline and think of ways to move forward with testing out other tools and software.
