This year at Blur Our team shrunk a little. Now with only three, I took on more responsibilities. I started to help out cloth more assisting with more setups. I also helped train and act as lead to freelancers that were brought on to complete certain shows. The workload constantly rose so the need to increase efficiency was dire. On an average day, I would end up working on 3-5 shots at once and complete them that day in addition to my normal hair groom duties and sim setups.
